Andy Carleton

Over the last 20 years I've gained a vast experience in all areas of the events industry. This experience has enabled me to design and create to the highest standard and deliver a product that is not only visually stunning but practical for use and will be the addition required to secure events and impress clients. My film work is both effective and affordable whether educational or corporate, my skill set will visualize and communicate between client and customer or actors and audience.

I graduated from Warwickshire College in 1998 with Graphic Communications after I needed a change in career. I realized a more creative life was required in some way and to that end I joined the conference, exhibitions and events industry. Although I was Hire and Sales Manager I led the way as company creative, designing and making many of the sets and painting the bespoke props and backdrops. I also had a major role in the company's advertising structure in both creating and budgeting throughout this time.

2006 I became the Graphics Manager of the same company where my role changed to all things creative. It was at this time that I started to create visuals of the conference sets and exhibitions. These visualisations were integrated into corporate presentations to help secure events for our clients and help win work for us.

2006 Colour Bar Productions was born. I was videoing school and theatre productions for various schools and acting groups around the local area and since then my reputation for excellent service and product has spread to the point where I couldn't continue with both my day job and own business so in 2017 I quit my day job to concentrate in Colour Bar Productions.
